By accessing or using Sanatana Vedika (the App Store app, other mobile builds, or website), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may browse published content such as Vratas, articles, and similar educational material without registering. Account-based features (saving items, profile, library, notifications, japam history, referrals, and similar) require sign-in.
The app provides spiritual content, Panchangam (Hindu calendar) data, audio, and related tools for personal, non-commercial, respectful use. You agree not to misuse the service, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or post unlawful or harmful material.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information where the feature depends on it (for example, birth details for Vedic birth tools).
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.
If you upload Divine Shorts, comments, japam voice clips, profile photos, or other content, you retain ownership of that content but grant us a limited license to host and display it in the app so the feature can work. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
App branding, software, and curated collections are owned by Sanatana Vedika or licensed to us. Third-party scriptures, audio, and images may belong to their respective owners. See in-app “Content Sources & Credits” for media transparency. You may not copy the app or its catalogs for commercial redistribution without permission.
Panchangam timings, astrological labels, and similar material are provided for educational and devotional use. They are calculated from standard algorithms and location (when permitted). They are not a substitute for a qualified priest, physician, or legal adviser. Sanatana Vedika is provided “as is” without warranty that any timing or interpretation is error-free.
App Store: The current App Store version does not offer In-App Purchases. Core content is available without payment.
Other builds: Optional support or subscriptions, when shown, may be processed by Razorpay. Prices and taxes are shown before you pay.
If In-App Purchases are added on the App Store in a later version, they will be sold through Apple and governed by Apple’s Media Services terms.
App Store purchases (if offered in a future version): refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Request a refund through your Apple ID (Report a Problem / Apple Support). We cannot override Apple’s refund decisions.
Other payment providers: contact us at sanatanavedika1@gmail.com within a reasonable time if a charge was made in error. Eligible cases are reviewed under applicable law. Digital content that has been fully delivered may not always be refundable.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account as described above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanatana Vedika and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reliance on Panchangam, content, or third-party links. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
